Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable team member to support multiple functions across our dealership operations. This full-time role will be trained to assist our accounting team and front desk operations, providing coverage and support where needed.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working across a variety of administrative and financial tasks in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Cross train across multiple accounting clerk roles to provide backup coverage as needed
  • Support receptionist/front desk operations at multiple dealership locations in State College, including greeting customers, answering phones, and directing inquiries
  • Assist with accounting and administrative processes, data entry and recordkeeping
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and provide support where business needs arise
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of administrative, accounting, or office support experience preferred
  • Experience in automotive, dealership, or similar industry is a plus (but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn new systems, processes, and responsibilities quickly
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
