Position Overview
We are seeking a highly visible finance leader to serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, helping drive business performance through financial insight, operational analysis, and decision support. This individual will act as a trusted partner to senior executives, providing financial leadership on key initiatives, growth strategies, resource allocation decisions, and long-term planning efforts.
The ideal candidate possesses a blend of strong accounting and finance expertise, executive presence, and the ability to influence decision-making at the highest levels of the organization. This role requires someone who has participated in executive-level discussions, presented financial recommendations to leadership teams, and helped shape business strategy through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to executive leadership, providing financial guidance and recommendations on critical business decisions.
- Partner with senior leaders to evaluate business performance, identify opportunities, and support long-term growth initiatives.
- Lead financial modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, and business case development for strategic investments and operational initiatives.
- Present financial results, trends, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Translate complex financial and operational data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate across finance, accounting, operations, and business functions to ensure alignment between financial objectives and organizational goals.
- Influence resource allocation, investment priorities, and operational improvement efforts through data-driven analysis.
- Support the development and enhancement of scalable financial processes, reporting capabilities, and performance measurement tools.
- Act as a key liaison between business leaders and finance teams to drive accountability, transparency, and execution.
- Contribute to the continued evolution of the organization's financial planning and strategic operating model.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
- CPA and a MBA, or Master's Degree are required
- 10+ years of progressive experience within accounting, FP&A, finance business partnering, corporate finance, consulting, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience partnering directly with executive leadership and influencing strategic business decisions.
- Experience presenting financial analysis, recommendations, and business cases to senior leadership teams.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial planning & analysis, forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and performance management.
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
- Proven ability to operate in a highly collaborative environment while building relationships across multiple levels of an organization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
Compensation:
A very competitive compensation package will be available for this position including base salary, monthly and annual bonuses (typically 25-30% + annually), medical, dental, vision, 401K, profit sharing, wellness programs, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, employee growth, educational trainings and certifications, etc.
Working Situation:
This is Hybrid situation with 4 days in the office - Monday, Tues, Wed, Thurs in office.
