HR Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates looking to begin their HR career in a professional environment. The HR Assistant will provide administrative support across various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding Support:

• Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
• Coordinate new hire onboarding including document collection and orientation logistics
• Maintain applicant tracking system and recruitment files

HR Administration:

• Update and maintain employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
• Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policy acknowledgments
• Assist with benefits administration and employee queries

Employee Relations:

• Serve as first point of contact for basic employee HR inquiries
• Support HR team in organizing employee engagement activities
• Help maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies

Reporting & Data Management:

• Generate basic HR reports (attendance, turnover, etc.)
• Ensure data accuracy across all HR systems
• Assist with audit preparation and compliance documentation

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Basic understanding of HR principles and labor laws is a plus
