Communications Technologies Account Manager 16751146
Provide assistance and insight with the development of marketing and communication campaigns. Responsibilities Solicit business opportunities from new and existing clientele Provide outstanding Customer Service Participate in company-sponsored technical training on products and services either currently provided by the corporation or products and services endeavored to be provided in the future pursuant to customer demand or emerging technology needs. Schedule and plan meetings with existing and new clientele to discuss communication and technology needs. Participate in scheduled Sales Department conference calls. Compile documentation relative to sales activity, call logs, opportunity logs, and strategic development. Provide pre-sales consultative advice during opportunity walk-throughs, responses to Requests For Proposals, project planning, and design/engineering. Work harmoniously with all corporate departments including but not limited to Administration, Sales, Fulfillment, and Executive Management on daily operational issues and opportunities. Shadow other employees in the spirit of learning more about our organization. Must be able and willing to travel, possess a valid driver’s license, and able to pass government clearances along with a drug test.

9-1-1 Call Taking Stations
Using products like:
Analog RF wattmeter
Digital RF wattmeter
Digital multi-meter
RF communications service monitor
Antenna tester/analyzer
Line level meter
T1 test set
Network Analyzer hardware & software You must be able to read and comprehend wiring diagrams, network diagrams, basic schematics, Bills of Material (BOM), and theory of operations.
Proficient with the following systems will be key:
Business Management System
Microsoft Windows 10
Microsoft Windows 11
Microsoft 365
Dropbox
OneDrive
Virtual Private Network (VPN) Clients & Servers Qualifications
High School Diploma
3 to 7 years of education or related field technology installation experience along with a proven track record of project management and new business development
Understanding of the above technical concepts
Ability to problem solve
Adherence and attention to detail
Strong written and oral communication skills; Strong organizational skills; Ability to follow directions
Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to pass a drug screening test
Consent to random drug screening tests as required by projects and contracts
Pass a criminal background check
Pass a driver’s background check
