Remote Reservations Coordinator
About the Role
HT Travels is seeking detail-oriented, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Reservations Coordinators.
In this role, you will assist with coordinating travel reservations, managing itinerary details, and supporting clients throughout the travel planning process. We are looking for individuals who enjoy organization, communication, and creating positive experiences for others.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys working with people, and thrives in an environment where attention to detail and exceptional service are valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel reservations, including accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and activities
- Assist clients with travel planning and itinerary organization
- Review reservation details to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with clients regarding travel preferences, updates, and travel-related information
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Work with travel suppliers and industry partners to support client travel arrangements
- Assist with itinerary modifications and travel updates when necessary
- Research travel options and destination information to support client requests
- Stay informed about supplier offerings, travel trends, and industry updates
- Deliver professional and responsive customer service throughout the reservation process
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Comfortable using technology and learning new software platforms
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, administration, logistics, operations, scheduling, reservations, or related fields is a plus
- Passion for helping people and delivering exceptional service
