Take responsibility for end-to-end delivery of internal software systems, SaaS tools, and supporting infrastructure from rough concept through live production.

Why You'll Love Working with Us:

  • Stable, long-term work: Ring-Tele serves an essential service and operates with steady demand, offering job security even during economic uncertainty.
  • Engaging work: Problem-solving, process improvement, and practical solutions are part of the day-to-day.
  • Supportive leadership: Leadership is accessible and intentional, with a genuine interest in listening to employees and supporting their success.
  • Flexible, people-first mindset: The company values balance and treats employees like people, not headcount.
  • Purpose-driven environment: A faith-based company where integrity, thoughtful decision-making, and doing what's right guide daily work.

Ring-Tele is a faith-based telecom service provider offering home phone and small business solutions, primarily serving the Plain community. The company values integrity, thoughtful decision-making, and flexibility, and maintains a supportive culture and long-term job stability.

What You'll Do as a Full-Stack Developer:

  • Design, build, & maintain internal software systems and SaaS tools used by customers and internal teams.
  • Own projects from concept through development, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Write, test, & maintain application code using Python, SQL, and Ruby on Rails (or similar frameworks).
  • Build integrations, automations, and AI-enabled tools that improve internal workflows.
  • Deploy, monitor, debug, & support production systems to keep them reliable and usable.
  • Learn & support VoIP-related systems, with light hardware interaction where software and infrastructure overlap.
  • Document systems and work directly with ownership to prioritize and implement solutions.
  • Travel occasionally (about once per quarter) to employee locations or stores in PA, OH, and IN.

Our Ideal Full-Stack Developer:

  • Experienced: 2+ years of hands-on coding and programming experience required, including work with Python, SQL, and Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks. Experience in full-stack development, internal systems, SaaS applications, or automation tools is highly relevant. Background in VoIP systems, hardware–software integration, or DC wiring and circuit boards is a plus, but not required.
  • Ownership-minded: Takes responsibility for software projects from development through deployment and support, ensuring systems work reliably in real-world use.
  • Problem-solver: Approaches technical issues calmly and practically, debugging, troubleshooting, and improving systems with a focus on usable outcomes.
  • Curious & Teachable: Enjoys learning new technologies, development tools, infrastructure, and systems, including software platforms, VoIP environments, and light hardware.
  • Collaborative: Works well in a small engineering team, communicates clearly, and partners closely with ownership and stakeholders to ship and maintain production systems.
  • Trustworthy: Operates with integrity and reliability in a faith-based, mission-driven company culture.
  • Computer Skills: Uses development tools alongside internal systems, documentation, and business software (including Microsoft Office) as part of daily work.

What We Offer Our Full-Stack Developer:

  • Hybrid schedule with flexibility, typically one day per week in the office
  • $30-$34/hour, depending on experience
  • Company laptop provided
  • Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel
  • Health insurance stipend
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Performance-based bonuses tied to company revenue
