DentalEZ is a growing manufacturer of dental equipment who is hiring in Lancaster, PA! We are looking for outgoing and motivated individuals to join our team!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work within tight tolerance ranges with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
• Understanding of programming with the ability to make necessary adjustments at start up in order to produce nominal parts.
• Possess the ability to interpret part drawing and GD&T requirements.
• Must have solid understanding of inspection and gaging techniques utilizing measuring devices, such as calipers, micrometers, comparators, plug and ring gages.
• Possess a mechanical ability and aptitude to perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on Star and Citizen CNC Screw machines.
• Understanding of tooling required for the CNC processes.
• Make complete set up, including loading of program, checking and positioning of fixtures and cutting tools, and offset programming adjustments.
• Possess strong tool knowledge, blue print reading, tolerance and program understanding.
• Performs work in a safe manner.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have at least one year's experience in set-up of CNC Swiss Screw machines.
• Knowledge of equipment operation routines, basic shop math and precision measuring instruments.
• Must have good mechanical aptitude, machine de-bugging and problem solving skills.
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive activities for sustained periods of time.
• Proficiency in using personal computer, including Windows-based applications.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar inventory control system a plus.
