Private Practice Setting:

Counseling Works is an established , women owned group practice based in the East End of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We seek to EMPOWER clients with skills, perspective and a compassionate space to explore thier struggles.

We are especially seeking therapists who have a passion for growth, both professionally and personally and share an approach to mental health/ wellness from an integrative, non pathology stance.

Seeking the following skills: Strong case conceptualization skills rooted in identified theoretical approach, strong framework for working with both complex trauma and core attachment wounds, such as shame and abandonment that integrates a balance of relational, somatic and skill building for optimal treatment plans. We also support folks who struggle with OCD and other neurodivergence experiences.

Sought after modalities are: ACT, DBT, attachment / psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Somatic Based therapies, mindfulness based practices, Trauma Focused, ERP, and Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples/ Individuals.

Seeking all schedules - daytime, evenings and weekend hours open. Group room available for offering groups.

Seeking therapists who are compassionate, community minded and dedicated to their own personal and professional growth practices.

We are hiring licensed mental health therapists ONLY. You will have access to free weekly group consultation, CEU support and a supportive team of colleagues.

LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, Private Practice Setting: Pay: Competitive, commission based,

Psychotherapist ( LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist), Private Practice Setting: Hours:

• Flexible, 10 to 15 + hours a week minimum, with max hours set by clinician
• In person and hybrid schedule available, Saturday, daytime and evening times are up to you.
• Variety of schedule posabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $78.00 - $120.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 26 per week
