Your job is to provide a positive attitude and a desire to work with a supportive team to ensure the cleanliness and successful operation of Terra Grill. Your support to the service team is to ensure that all the kitchen and dining room run smoothly with the required tools and material.
Primary Duties:
To ensure that all areas stocked in both Back and Front of House for a quick and efficient service by providing clean plates, glassware, and kitchen tools throughout service.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Clean all service items coming from dining room and kitchen team
- Assist with proper set-up and opening of the restaurant, as well as break-down and closing
