Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Field Office Assistant who will assist project superintendent with miscellaneous tasks such as general cleanup, relaying messages to subcontractors, coordinating with client's site security office for deliveries, etc.

Job Description

• General administrative support for a field office.
• Organize and maintain files, filing system and communications.
• Provide data entry for projects.
• Document Control
• Answer phone calls and direct calls.
• Sort of incoming mail.
• Type memos, correspondence, reports and other documents as requested.
• Prepare outgoing mailings and labels, including e-mail and fax.
• Reserve conference rooms and coordinate client, vendor and/or supplier presentations, meetings and interviews, including set-up and cleanup.
• Assist with scheduling and setting of client interviews, presentations and other meetings as requested.
• Order and maintain supplies.
• Update the office calendar.
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Comply with all policies and standards

Skills Required

• 1-year applicable office/clerical experience Preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, (Strong) Excel, Access and PowerPoint required.

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Diploma/GED Required

Pay Rate/Salary

• Base Compensation: $23/hour - $26/hour (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location.)
