Maintenance Technician
This role plays a key part in ensuring the upkeep, safety, and smooth operation of our managed properties. The Maintenance Technician will handle a variety of building repairs, preventive maintenance, and unit turnover work, while maintaining clear communication with our management team and residents.

- Reviewing and completing assigned work orders through AppFolio
- Performing general maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and related systems
- Supporting unit turnovers (painting, drywall, flooring, fixture replacement)
- Conducting preventive maintenance and routine inspections
- Coordinating with vendors and assisting with move-in/move-out inspections
- Participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
This is a hands-on field role ideal for a motivated technician who takes pride in quality work and enjoys working independently within a small, professional team.
Qualifications
- General maintenance or handyman experience (multifamily or residential preferred) xrczosw
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and basic tool set
- Ability to work independently and professionally represent the company
- Familiarity with property management software (AppFolio preferred)
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM availability, with occasional on-call coverage
