Job Summary

As a Call Center Agent, you will connect with potential customers to promote our products and services through effective communication and persuasive sales techniques. This role plays a key part in generating qualified leads, supporting the sales team, and driving overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote company products and services
• Qualify leads by gathering relevant information to understand customer needs and preferences
• Schedule appointments for the sales team
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system
• Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain a positive attitude while managing rejection and high call volumes
• Follow a structured script to ensure consistency and effectiveness in customer conversations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a call center, sales, or similar role with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
• Ability to handle rejection while staying motivated and professional
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in sales or marketing is a plus)
