Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Civil Engineer to support the planning, design, and documentation of a variety of land development and infrastructure projects. This role involves applying technical expertise and creative problem-solving to deliver high-quality, sustainable, and community-focused site design solutions. The ideal candidate enjoys working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and contributing to every phase of project development—from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive site design, grading, drainage, and utility layout for residential, commercial, and public infrastructure projects.

• Perform site inventory, analysis, and feasibility studies to support planning and development efforts.

• Prepare conceptual site plans and design renderings , including 3D models using AutoCAD , Adobe Creative Suite , and SketchUp .

• Assist in developing construction drawings, details, and specifications for site and civil components.

• Participate in team, client, and project meetings , providing technical insights and coordination support.

• Support public presentations, community workshops, and field reviews as part of the design and approval process.

• Prepare clear and well-formatted reports, technical memoranda, and presentations summarizing design concepts and project findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited university.

• Knowledge or experience in:

  • Site design, grading, and drainage

  • AutoCAD Civil 3D , Adobe Creative Suite , and SketchUp

  • Erosion control, stormwater management, and utility layout

  • Planning and design documentation

• Additional skills in ArcGIS , hydrology modeling , technical writing , and presentation graphics are highly valued.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
