Job Title: Physical Therapist

Location: Chambersburg, PA

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift & Schedule:

• 36 Hours Guaranteed (up to 40 hours/week based on patient volume)
• Schedule may vary based on department needs
• Overtime must be approved by the director

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join an outpatient rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, manage a consistent caseload, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment focused on patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Manage daily patient caseload efficiently while maintaining quality care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Productivity Expectations:

• Approximately 60 patient visits per week
• Treat 12–14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow-up visits expected

Requirements:

• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume clinical environment

Certifications & Licensure:

• Active Physical Therapist License (State of Pennsylvania or eligible)
• BLS Certification (preferred)
