Salary: $15-$20/hr DOE



Hours: Monday through Thursday. 7am-3:30pm. Potential Fridays.



Job Summary:


We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cabinet / Frame Builder to join our production team. This role involves reviewing work orders, cutting parts, assembling frames, and building cabinets to exact specifications while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.



Key Responsibilities

• Review work orders and production specifications prior to beginning each job

• Measure, cut, and prepare parts accurately according to order requirements

• Build frames and cabinets to customer and production specifications

• Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Properly operate and care for tools and machinery

• Assist with cross-training in other areas of production as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to accurately read and use a measuring tape

• Basic understanding of measurements and shop math

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Ability to follow instructions and work from written orders or drawings

• Willingness to learn new skills and cross-train

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift and move materials as required for production

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
