Part-Time Estimator (Hybrid)
Location: Pottstown, PA (Hybrid – In Office & Remote)

We are a growing exterior construction company based in Pottstown, PA, specializing in EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems), thin brick, and stucco systems. We take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and reliable project execution across commercial and residential projects.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, part-time Estimator to join our team. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with a combination of remote work and in-office collaboration. The ideal candidate has experience in exterior construction estimating and is proficient in Procore and PlanSwift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for EIFS, thin brick, and stucco projects
- Perform quantity takeoffs using PlanSwift
- Review project drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to obtain pricing
- Maintain and update cost databases and estimating templates
- Assist with bid submissions and proposal preparation
- Track and manage project documentation within Procore
- Attend occasional in-office meetings in Pottstown as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction estimating (exterior systems preferred)
- Proficiency in PlanSwift and Procore (required)
- Strong understanding of EIFS, stucco, and/or thin brick systems (highly preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
Schedule & Compensation:
- Part-time (flexible hours)

- Compensation based on experience
