Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate employee medical exams and appointments
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and faxes professionally
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper medical records
- Support the clinical team with administrative and clerical tasks
- Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive medical information
- Assist with filing, data entry, and general office organization
- Communicate effectively with team members and patients
- Take initiative to support team needs and improve workflow efficiency
Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems (preferred)
- Fax machines, multi-line phone systems, and office equipment
- Data entry and document management
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Basic office technology and administrative tools
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors.
