Armed Security Field Supervisor
Full-Time | Field-Based | KRE Security, LLC
Home Base: Hamburg, PA (occasional travel to Harrisburg)
Schedule: FridayMonday | Four 10-Hour Shifts

  • Friday & Monday: 2nd Shift
  • Saturday & Sunday: Swing Shifts
    Pay: $23$25/hour (based on experience)

Step Into Leadership with KRE Security

KRE Security is seeking a motivated and dependable Armed Security Field Supervisor to support and lead field operations across multiple client sites.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced security professionals looking to step into a leadership role while working a consistent four-day schedule with three days off each week. Youll play a key role in supporting officers in the field, ensuring operational standards are met, and helping maintain strong client relationships across assigned locations.

As a Field Supervisor, youll be trusted to handle a variety of responsibilities including site support, officer coaching, incident response, and operational oversight. A company vehicle is provided, allowing you to move efficiently between sites while staying fully supported by management.

What Youll Do

  • Lead and support security officers across multiple client sites
  • Conduct site visits to ensure proper coverage, quality, and compliance
  • Train, coach, and mentor field personnel
  • Prepare accurate daily reports and incident documentation
  • Serve as a key communication link between field staff and management
  • Respond to incidents and assist with resolving on-site challenges
  • Ensure officers maintain professionalism, appearance, and performance standards
  • Assist with shift coverage and operational support when needed
What You Bring

  • Previous security experience required
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • ACT 235 certification or willingness to obtain within a reasonable timeframe
  • Law enforcement or military background is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to adapt to changing operational needs and work independently
  • Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving ability
Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $23$25/hour based on experience
