Do you have a passion for woodworking and take pride in creating high-quality products? Country Lane Gazebos, a leader in crafting stunning outdoor structures, is looking for a dedicated Pavilion Craftsman to join our growing team in New Holland, PA. We build experiences for families worldwide, shipping structures across the nation and even internationally (from England to Korea!).

What You'll Do:

As a key member of our Pavilion Production Team, you will play a vital role in transforming quality materials into the essential components of our renowned pavilions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Material Preparation: Selecting appropriate lumber, maximizing yield, and minimizing waste.



• Precision Craftsmanship: Accurately cutting and preparing materials according to engineered drawings, patterns, and specifications using hand and power tools.



• Quality Focus: Ensuring all components meet our high standards for quality and structural integrity.



• Efficiency & Safety: Operating equipment safely (including pneumatic nailers) and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

• Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment.



• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.



• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a 1 team.



• Willingness to learn new skills and processes.



• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, lowering, pushing, and pulling up to 100 lbs.

Desired (But Not Required to Apply):

• Previous experience in woodworking, construction, or a related manufacturing field.



• Experience operating forklifts (We provide training and certification!).



• Familiarity with reading blueprints or technical drawings.
