Project Superintendent

In-Field, Lewistown, PA

We are seeking a highly motivatedProject Superintendent to oversee all on-site aspects of our general construction projects. This individual will lead crews, manage subcontractors, and ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality project execution while maintaining a relentless focus on safety. As a Superintendent, youll be expected to own the job sitemanaging labor, resources, and timelines from start to finish.

Key Functions:

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and project timelines
• Maintain safety, budget, and quality standards
• Collaborate with PMs, clients, and supporting crews
• Track progress, resolve issues, and keep work on schedule

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience as a superintendent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong blueprint reading and construction documentation interpretation
• Solid understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and industry standards
• Carpentry experience preferred
