Compensation

• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2040–$2090

Registered Nurse Job Details

• Location: Lebanon, PA (includes travel to Franklin County and nearby Pennsylvania areas as needed)
• Assignment Type: Locum Tenens (Travel Nursing Contract)
• Start Date: August 25, 2025
• End Date: November 24, 2025
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: 40 hours/week, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday
• Weekend Rotation: Every 4th weekend (with a compensatory day off)
• Holiday Coverage: Work 2 of 3 major holidays as needed
• Healthcare Setting: Home Health Nursing

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license (no license hits accepted)
• ASN or BSN degree required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC only)
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical nursing experience; home health experience preferred
• EPIC charting experience highly preferred
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Ability to travel within Lebanon County and surrounding Pennsylvania areas
• Tobacco and fragrance free while on assignment
• Completion of pre-start modules (5-6 hours, billable)

Homecare RN Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing services to home health patients, including assessment, care planning, and evaluation per physician orders and care plans
• Administer prescribed treatments, medications, and nursing interventions independently
• Manage primary care functions for assigned patients
• Provide age-appropriate care across the lifespan, demonstrating knowledge of growth and development principles
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and quality standards in all nursing care
• Participate in scheduled weekend and holiday rotations
• Accurately document all care and interventions using EPIC (preferred)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Deliver excellent service to patients, families, and colleagues through caring behaviors and teamwork
• Remain flexible to float between Lebanon County and Franklin County as patient care needs require
