Sales Order Entry - On Site

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Processing Specialist to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and quotes accurately while maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will work closely with customers to gather key details and ensure seamless order fulfillment.

salary: $20 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 10 AM - 6 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and quotes with high accuracy, proactively resolving discrepancies to ensure smooth fulfillment.

• Maintain and audit customer master data to ensure accurate records, streamlined reporting, and system integrity.

• Leverage ERP platforms and communication tools to optimize daily workflows, manage priorities, and drive operational efficiency.
