Commercial HVAC/R Technician
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial HVAC/R Technician to join our dynamic team in Warrington, PA, 18976. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in commercial settings. Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in commercial buildings.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and failures.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Keep accurate records of service performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC/R technology.
- Service radius, 2 hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC/R preferred.
- 3-5 Year experience HVAC/R with commercial service/install experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC/R technician, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, components, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Clean MVR and Background for high clearance locations
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
