Location: 100% Remote (On-site required first & last day only)

Duration: 08/11/2025 – 06/30/2026

Closing Date: 07/29/2025

Work Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hrs/week

Onsite Requirement: Must report onsite in Dauphin County, PA 17104 at the beginning and end of the contract to inventory Commonwealth-issued equipment (at your own expense).

Overtime: Not allowed without pre-approval from the CIO.

Job Description:

The Commonwealth of PA is seeking an experienced SharePoint & Power Platform Developer to join the CEDC-IT delivery center. This is a senior-level position responsible for developing modern business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools and SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and administer Power Apps , Power Automate , and SharePoint solutions (on-prem and online).


• Design and implement UI using HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery .


• Administer SharePoint tenant-level configurations.


• Work with Microsoft Dataverse , Dynamics 365 , and Azure technologies.


• Use Azure DevOps for source control and task tracking.


• Support and enhance existing InfoPath applications.


• Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.


• Provide technical guidance and serve as a subject matter expert.
