What You’ll Do

As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and brewery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations to maintain high service standards.
- Managing and mentoring staff to create a motivated, customer-focused team.
- Ensuring an exceptional guest experience by addressing customer needs and feedback.
- Monitoring inventory, supplies, and budgets to keep everything running efficiently.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and brewery teams to maintain seamless communication.
- Upholding health, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the establishment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Restaurant Manager with:
- At least 1 year of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to guide a dynamic team.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for hospitality.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
