- Partner with Project Managers to drive project delivery—on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Analyze site data (survey reports, maps, geotechnical inputs) to inform design decisions and mitigate risk
- Perform process calculations (flows, loadings, system performance) critical to system design
- Serve as a technical point of contact for internal teams, clients, and field personnel
- Oversee and coordinate subconsultants and multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct design reviews and ensure alignment across engineering disciplines
- Support field inspections, QA/QC programs, and construction activities
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Contribute to proposals and help win exciting new projects
What Sets You Apart
- You’re energized by seeing your designs come to life in the field
- You thrive in environments where you can own outcomes and solve complex problems
- You bring a balance of technical expertise and practical field insight
- You’re a collaborator and mentor, elevating those around you
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
- 5+ years of experience in heavy industrial, water, or wastewater projects
- Strong knowledge of engineering codes, standards, and QA/QC practices
- Proficiency with CAD tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in dynamic environments
- Excellent communication skills—able to work seamlessly with clients, crews, and internal teams
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers is a plus
