About the Opportunity
An established, high-volume hospitality concept in a landmark Philadelphia market is seeking a dependable Food Runner/Kitchen Assistant to join its team.
This kitchen operates at a steady, fast pace and serves breakfast and short-order favorites in a structured, team-oriented environment. The right candidate values consistency, professionalism, and strong collaboration in the back of house.
This is a daytime-only opportunity with reliable hours and no late-night shifts.
Compensation
Base Pay: $10.00 per hour
Additional Income: Consistent pooled tips
Average Total Earnings: $15–$20 per hour
Estimated Weekly Earnings: $450–$700 (based on 30–35 hours)

Schedule
30–35 hours per week
4–5 shifts per week
Additional hours may be available during conventions and special events.

Qualifications
• Previous Food Runner or back-of-house kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended shifts
• Food safety knowledge (ServSafe preferred)
• Reliable, organized, and professional
