Your Day-to-Day:

• Proactively engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend the right coverage options.
• Assist with policy applications, renewals, and changes with professionalism and accuracy.

• Maintain detailed records of all client communications and follow-ups.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales goals.

What Were Looking For:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
• Prior State Farm experience preferred
• Strong communication and sales skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or sales is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Must be licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance OR willing to obtain licensure (we will assist with the process).
