An energetic, experienced Sales Manager to lead our Sales Staff.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all salespeople.
• Manage monthly goals, forecasts, and results.
• Helps salespeople close deals when necessary.
• Ensures proper follow-up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system using the CRM.
• Holds salespeople accountable for following the showroom, internet and phone sales process as described in the associated SOP's
• Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect vehicle sales.
• Completes deal settlement sheets and turns into accounting office in a prompt and timely manner.
• Works with the finance manager on processes that will increase the total gross and F&I penetration.
• Reviews inventory daily to ensure the proper mix and proper merchandising for maximum turnover efficiency.

• Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as assigned.
• Strives for harmony and teamwork within the department and with all other departments.
• Maintains awareness of safety and follows workplace safety requirements.

Job Qualifications:

• Vehicle Sales License.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to speak and listen effectively one on one.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good organizational skills.

Education and/or Experience:

• 3 years of sales experience with advanced knowledge of F and I.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
