WHAT DO YOU NEED?

• EPA certification
• Experience leading an installation team
• Solid communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Team spirit and a collaborative attitude
• Hands-on heating and air conditioning installation experience - preferred, not required
• Boiler experience - preferred

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS OUR LEAD RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLER?

• Work from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday
• Lead accurate and timely installations from beginning to end
• Guide installers in wiring and setting up heating and air conditioning equipment
• Perform quality checks to make sure everything's correct and prevent callbacks
• Treat customers professionally, clearly explain the installation process and completed work, answer any questions, and address any concerns
• Train junior installers and assistants on trade tools, operational processes, and safety procedures
