Dental Hygienist
Location: Pennsylvania
Hourly Rate: $46 - $52 (Based on experience)
Employment Type: (Full-time/Contract – Direct Hire)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Hygienist to join our thriving dental facility client’s team in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality patient care and promoting oral health. You will be responsible for performing dental cleanings, educating patients on oral hygiene, and contributing to a positive and comfortable patient experience.
Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, including scaling and root planing.
• Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments and charting.
• Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants.
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
• Collaborate with dentists and other dental staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to all OSHA and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:
• Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with dental software and digital radiography (specify if applicable).
• Knowledge of infection control protocols.
