Position Overview

We are looking for a Parts and Service Associate to support our customer service and operations teams. This role is central to keeping communication flowing between customers and internal teams while ensuring requests are handled efficiently and accurately.

This position is a good fit for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once. You’ll be interacting with customers, supporting internal teams, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers by answering incoming calls, triaging requests, and directing them to the appropriate team members
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support after-hours and weekend customer needs related to parts inquiries
• Log and document customer-reported issues in internal systems with a high level of accuracy and detail
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer needs
• Prepare and send customer quotes in support of the Parts team
• Provide logistical and administrative support for customer training sessions, including follow-up communication
• Assist in organizing and maintaining internal policies, procedures, and documentation
• Support day-to-day operations across the Parts and Service teams as needed

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a professional office environment with a strong focus on customer service
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with limited information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to learn and communicate basic technical concepts related to robotics to support customer inquiries
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information
• Experience preparing quotes and performing data entry tasks
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
