Director, Learning

- Ensure Compliance: Govern certification management, record keeping, and regulatory adherence.
- Measure Impact: Assess program success through KPIs and analytics to continuously improve outcomes.
- Vendor Oversight: Manage external learning partners and associated processes.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field required. Master’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
- 12+ years of L&D experience required with previous experience owning enterprise level programs.
- Extensive knowledge of learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies.
- Experience leading multi-site and multi-national learning operations.
- Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening.
