Accounts Payable Specialist Details:

• Contract to Hire position
• $25.00 /hour
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and timely using the company’s ERP system.
• Match purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies with vendors or internal teams.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and vendor files.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth payment processing.

Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years of AP experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Experience with ERP accounting software, Oracle or SAP.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry.
• Strong verbal and written skills for vendor and internal communication.
• Associate degree in accounting or finance preferred.
