Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient health status and document changes.
- Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
Requirements of the RN - Home Health
- Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience in home health or a related field.
