Do you take pride in creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces for others? Antiochian Village Conference Center is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our guest services team.

Located on 300 scenic acres in the beautiful Laurel Highlands of southwestern Pennsylvania, Antiochian Village offers a peaceful and faith-centered setting where hospitality and tradition come together. As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a vital role in preparing lodging rooms and maintaining public areas for our guests’ attending retreats, conferences, and special events—ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all.

What You’ll Do:

• Clean and prepare guest lodging rooms (change linens, clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and remove trash)
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas including restrooms, lobbies, hallways, stairways, meeting rooms, chapel, and lounges.
• Restock supplies and ensure adequate housekeeping materials are on hand.
• Transport soiled linens to the laundry room and assist with linen management.
• Report maintenance issues or repairs needed in guest or public spaces.
• Document and turn in any lost-and-found items per procedure.
• Provide daily towel or maid service as required.
• Support events by supplying banquet linens and skirting when needed.
• Wear proper uniform and follow housekeeping guidelines and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work both weekdays and weekends as needed.
• Able to lift/move up to 25 lbs. and perform physical tasks during an 8-hour shift.

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
