Hiring ASAP for a Part-Time Bookkeeping Assistant in Delaware County, PA!

In this role, you’ll support daily accounting operations, assist with data entry and reconciliations, and help maintain smooth financial processes. - Assists with maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and Accounts receivable
- Reconciles auction point of sale system records
- Supports the preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports
- Maintains filing systems for financial documentation
- Verifies resell licenses with applicable U.S. states
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bookkeeping
- Associates degree in accounting preferred
- Experience in an Auction house preferred
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) Experienced in
- Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
