- Lead and manage 5-8 District Managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and accountability to ensure successful execution of company strategies.
- Develop and implement long-terms strategic business plans and financial budgets aimed at achieving and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop high-performing teams by recruiting top talent and nurturing their growth into effective leaders.
- Provide strategic leadership to ensure all restaurants within the market deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities, influencing decisions that drive sales growth, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
- Empower field leadership teams to drive profit performance by building sales through local relationships, marketing, and managing expenses.
- Execute New Restaurant Openings (NROs) and support expansion initiatives while maintaining consistency in quality and operations.
- Foster a collaborative and inspiring culture, with an emphasis on employee development, retention, and overall team satisfaction.
- Support company-wide objectives by contributing to the strategic vision and overall direction of the organization, while assisting the Vice President of Operations and the Executive team in shaping and executing key initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Ability to travel up to 80%.
- Minimum of 8+ years of management experience in the restaurant industry, with a strong track record in multi-unit performance.
- Experience overseeing a business or region with at least 25+ units.
- Proven experience leading and collaborating with multi-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, Training, Finance, Facilities, and Development.
- Expertise in capital expense planning and spending.
- Proficient in P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and staffing.
- Proficiency with PC, Microsoft Office Suite, or related software.
- Strong analytical skills for trend identification, operational decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to strategize and articulate a clear vision.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work and communicate effectively in an environment with high noise-levels.
