Location: Based in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Job sites across the surrounding region.

Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays)

Pay: $27–$40 per hour (based on experience)

Overtime: Available

About the Role

Top Rock Masonry is seeking an experienced Commercial Masonry Foreman to lead and support job-site production on specialized commercial projects including cold storage facilities, processing plants, and industrial masonry installations .

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing crews, coordinating workflow, performing layout, reading plans, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high professional standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage job-site production, quality, and daily workflow.
• Coordinate crew members and delegate tasks efficiently.
• Perform layout, job preparation, and blueprint reading.
• Oversee installation of CMU masonry systems and structural components.
• Assist with installation and coordination of IMP (Insulated Metal Panels) when required.
• Operate equipment such as lifts and job-site machinery as needed.
• Ensure all job sites maintain safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.
• Communicate job progress, site conditions, and project needs with management.
• Maintain productivity while meeting project schedules and deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in commercial masonry and CMU construction.
• Experience working on cold storage facilities, processing plants, or industrial environments preferred.
• Knowledge of brick restoration, concrete work, and structural masonry systems.
• Valid Driver’s License required and current at the time of start date.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Lift certifications or experience operating lifts and job-site equipment.
• Ability to lead crews and maintain efficiency on active commercial job sites.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and adapt to varying job site environments.
