Registered Nurse – Operating Room (RN-OR)

Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse – Operating Room (RN-OR) is responsible for providing comprehensive perioperative nursing care in a high-acuity Level I Trauma environment. This role requires both circulating and scrubbing competencies to support a wide range of surgical procedures. The RN collaborates closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care throughout the intraoperative process.

Requirements

• Active RN license (Pennsylvania or compact eligible)
• Minimum 1 year of Level I Trauma OR experience within the last 3 years
• Scrub experience required (circulate-only candidates will not be considered)
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
