Receptionist

Position Summary:
Responsible for answering incoming phone calls and redirecting them to proper personnel, greeting people who visit our facility, and performing clerical support tasks. Job functions are to be performed within quality and production standards.

Essential Job Functions:

• Ensures phone calls are redirected accordingly
• Professionally administer all incoming calls
• Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
• Prepares office correspondence accurately and neatly
• Assists with sales orders, billing and truck repair orders
• Weighs and directs incoming trucks
• Assists with a variety of paperwork for office
• Fills in for other office personnel as needed
• Any other duties as requested directed or assigned by the manager/supervisor.

Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:

• High School graduate
• Previous clerical or administrative experience
• Proficient Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite

• Computer, fax machine, copier

Typical Physical Demands:

• Stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
• Occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift carry, push, and/or pull to moderate amounts of weight
• Operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination

Typical Mental Demands:

• Ability to work under stress with interruptions and deadlines
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
• Ability to master basic math
• Ability to think logically in following procedures and instructions

Working Environment:

• Standard workday 3pm – 11pm Monday through Friday and as necessary to complete the requirements of the position.
• Weekends as needed process paperwork.
• Flexibility to cover day shift hours when needed for covering other positions.
