As the Director of Finance at Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services (DPACS) you will oversee financial operations for the center and ensure adherence to established budgets. Every day as the Director of Finance you will...- Work collaboratively with the Executive Director to create and improve systems that allow Center Operations Leadership to develop and deliver services and standards to meet the current and anticipated needs of key customers.
- Assist in review, development, and implementation of strategies to address changing markets or reduce unwarranted risk.
- Establish and oversee the implementation of operational procedures that are developed in accordance with Devereux policy and in compliance with applicable regulatory and licensing agencies.
- Support Operations Leadership by providing timely and accurate financial information, including forecasts, analysis, and budget preparation and controls.
- Ensure that support services are in place to meet business, client, and other customer needs.
- Work with Finance Managers (Payroll, Accounts Payable and Purchasing, Revenue) weekly on "hot list" items.
- Compensation: $110,000 - $125,400 /yr.

serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.
#Sponsored Qualifications Education: Master's Degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration or Business Administration required. Experience: Minimum of five years' experience in a senior level Finance management role with significant responsibility for support service operations at Devereux, or a comparable organization. Must have strong administrative, programmatic and operational experience in a multi-disciplinary treatment environment. Experience overseeing the delivery of financial and support services in a residential treatment and community-based program environment preferred. Exceptional organizational, communication and customer service skills are essential.
