1st Shift MIG Welder / Fabricator (Custom Shop)

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled MIG Welder who views welding as a craft, not just a task. This isn't your standard, repetitive assembly line role. You will be supporting one of the region's largest manufacturers within a rapidly growing facility that prizes versatility and technical skill. Core Functions Precision Welding: Perform high-quality MIG welding on various components and structures. Blueprint Literacy: Interpret and execute complex technical drawings and blueprints to ensure exact specifications. Custom Fabrication: Cut, shape, and assemble metal parts; adjust quickly to changing project requirements and custom orders.
