Provide professional facial and cosmetic treatments to clients for hygienic or therapeutic purposes while providing high-level customer service.

Essential Job Functions

• Maintain current knowledge of all treatments and services offered by the resort. Follow trends and developments within professional spa community in relation to products, treatment, and techniques.
• Provide hair, nail, facial and bodily treatments in accordance with established standards and the State Board of Cosmetology.
• Conduct tours of spa and related facilities as necessary.
• Assume responsibility of maintaining full product knowledge, including but not limited to specials and upcoming events.
• Maintain relevant records as required by federal, state, local, and company regulations.
• Label and store all products according to government, state, and federal guidelines.

• Maintain the cleanliness of the spa and work areas.
• Adhere to standards with regard to safety, sanitation, and PPE.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Current State of Cosmetology License required.
• Previous hotel spa experience required.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules; including holidays, weekends, and evenings.

Work Environment and Context

• Requires standing and moving for extended periods, use of hands and fingers to operate related equipment.
• Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
