Receiving Clerk

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Flexible schedule with occasional travel required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Summary: This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position, typically Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving and organizing deliveries, maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse and facility, and supporting general maintenance and operations. This role requires physical stamina, manual dexterity, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Eligible for company benefits and annual performance-based wage reviews.

Duties and Responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Maintain and execute a weekly checklist of priority tasks
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips. Document and report any discrepancies to manager
• Break down boxes and manage waste disposal
• Organize and store received product in the designated areas
• Assist with stock replenishment and provide weekly inventory updates to Procurement
• Keep warehouse and shelving areas clean and organized
• Stock and clean all restrooms; maintain inventory of cleaning and hygiene supplies
• Maintain cleanliness of parking lots, sidewalks, and surrounding grounds; remove snow, leaves, and debris as needed
• Assemble yard signs and maintain shop floor cleanliness (scrub monthly or more frequently as needed)
• Wash, dry, and fold shop towels
• Replace light bulbs and perform minor maintenance tasks
• Assist with vehicle cleaning and basic maintenance as needed
• Conduct daily inspections of building interior and exterior, report and address maintenance needs
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Support evening or weekend work as needed to meet business demands
• Perform minor maintenance tasks and support general facility upkeep
• Foster positive communication and collaboration with staff, clients, and vendors
• Contribute to continuous improvement of company processes and operations
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Pay Range for this position is between $16.00 to $20.00 an hour.
