Accounts Payable Manager

Core Responsibilities <\/b>

• Operational Leadership: <\/b><\/span> Direct daily AP functions, including multi -channel invoice processing, strategic payment cycles, and global vendor relations. <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Team Development: <\/b><\/span> Supervise and coach a dedicated AP team, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and professional growth. <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Financial Integrity: <\/b><\/span> Oversee the verification of expense reports and payment requests; manage sub -ledger reconciliations and provide essential support for month -end closing. <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Reporting & Strategy: <\/b><\/span> Track and report on key AP performance metrics and cash flow requirements to support senior finance leadership. <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Compliance & Controls: <\/b><\/span> Enforce adherence to standard accounting principles (GAAP), internal audit requirements, and regulatory compliance. <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Continuous Improvement: <\/b><\/span> Evaluate existing workflows to identify "bottlenecks" and implement automation or process enhancements. <\/span>

  Requirements <\/h3>

  • Education: <\/b><\/span> Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Experience: <\/b><\/span>5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Technical Savvy: <\/b><\/span> Expert -level proficiency in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 ERP system (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Regulatory Knowledge: <\/b><\/span> Deep understanding of GAAP and full -cycle AP workflows. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Communication: <\/b><\/span> Proven ability to manage cross -functional relationships with procurement and department heads. <\/span>

    Preferred Experience <\/b>

    • Background in complex supply chain or inventory -heavy sectors. <\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Proven track record of migrating manual processes to automated AP solutions. <\/span>
