Schedule Information

• Shift: Thursday – Saturday
• Hours: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
• Note: Candidates must be flexible with overtime requirements as production needs fluctuate.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate stand-up cherry pickers and order pickers to move inventory.
• Material Handling: Load and unload shipments while maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy.
• Inventory Tech: Utilize RF scanners and technology to read instructions and track product movement.
• Safety First: Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to hit daily production targets and optimize workflow.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

• Experience: At least 6 months of experience operating forklifts (specifically stand-up cherry pickers or order pickers).
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Physical Ability: Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in a non-climate-controlled environment for 12-hour shifts.
• Communication: Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English to follow safety and task instructions.
• Certification: No prior certification is required—our client provides on-site training and certification!
