About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough sterilization of dental instruments and equipment to maintain safety standards.
- Monitor and document sterilization processes to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in inventory management of dental supplies and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sterilization areas and storage rooms.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient workflow and patient care.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of sterilization equipment.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety procedures at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in dental sterilization preferred.
- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques.
- Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
