- Greet and engage potential customers, guiding them through the car buying process from start to finish.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by providing detailed information on specifications, features, and available financing options.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of various models.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with prospective customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture leads and close sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals by contributing to promotional events and campaigns.
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends, new products, and competitors, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the market.
- Prepare and present sales quotes, negotiate pricing, and finalize sales transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including contact information, vehicle preferences, and purchase history.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards outlined for sales professionals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in automotive sales with a successful sales track record a plus.
- Passion for cars and a comprehensive knowledge of automotive features, specifications, and brands.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to exceed customer expectations.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient computer skills in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales-related applications.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and evenings, as required by the automotive sales industry.
