Job Title: Engineering Drafts and Design Specialist
Job Description

Join our team as an Engineering Drafts and Design Specialist, where you will perform basic to intermediate engineering drafts and designs, and contribute to improving project quality and process improvements. This role offers the opportunity to support a large utility in Pennsylvania, providing CAD support to a Designer/Project Manager, with potential growth into a Designer role and eventually Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic to intermediate engineering drafts and designs.
• Survey and document existing utility field conditions using GPS and conventional survey methods.
• Contribute to and implement design modifications to enhance project quality and process improvements.
• Perform red lines using MicroStation for a Pennsylvania-based utility.

• Bachelor of Science in an Engineering Discipline.
• Experience in power distribution or civil drafting (preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and electrical design.
• Experience with distribution design, power delivery, and GIS.

• CAD Certification or Associate's Degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Exton, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.65/hr.
